Party Poker Affiliate Watch

Party Poker uses an affiliate program as a major part of their marketing strategy. Affiliates advertise in various media and Party Poker pays the affiliates a commission for new players. The affiliates are supposed to follow certain rules when advertising, as spelled out in the affiliate agreement and the list of forbidden activities. However, many affiliates violate the agreement, sending spam emails, posting spam messages to online forums or offering illicit rake rebates. The affiliate manager at Party Poker has asked the public for help in reporting and identifying these affiliates, saying they may then seize the affiliate's outstanding payments and close the affiliate's account.

This page helps you report bad affiliates by composing a letter that you can send to the affiliate manager at Party. Just fill out a few fields in the form below, and we'll create a message with all the information that Party needs. Then you can make any edits you like and send the message to the affiliate manager.

The following message will be addressed to affiliates@partypoker.com:

Type of violation:

Location of affiliate advertisement:
Enter the URL where you saw the offending advertisement, such as an article on Google Groups or recpoker.com. This information will help the Party Poker Affiliate Manager confirm the violation. Also, any affiliate code that may be hidden in the ad will identify the affiliate.

Affiliate ID or bonus code (if known):
If the advertisement includes a signup bonus code, or an affiliate ID in a link, enter it here. This information lets Party identify the affiliate. If there isn't a code or you don't know how to find the affiliate ID, leave this blank.

Affiliate's email address:
If the affiliate provided an email address, enter it here. If you received a spam email, the From address is probably bogus, and instead of entering it here you should attach the spam email message itself in the next step. The spam message will contain hidden affiliate codes that identify the affiliate.
